Rev. Robert C. Drake Sr. is the Senior Pastor/Teacher of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Pastor Drake is the ninth and youngest child of the Late Rev. & Mrs. Earl W. Drake Sr. He attended Simmons College of Ky. from 2001 - 2003 And received his diploma from Ky. College of Barbering and is a licensed barber.
Robert C. Drake Sr. accepted his call into the preaching ministry in the year of 2006, ordained April of 2008 and called to pastor May 2008 after the death of his predecessor Rev. Walter W. Ballinger. God has favored him by allowing tremendous growth to accompany his ministry. He knows that it is a blessing from God to pastor the same church that his father Rev. Earl W. Drake Sr. pastored for over 30 years.
He believes that it is by God’s Grace that he is what he is today, and holds fast to his belief that God isn’t through with him yet, and the best is yet to come.
